A Kyoto-based singer-songwriter and drummer, actively performing across Japan and internationally, including Taiwan, with a focus on intimate, guitar-driven live sets. As a drummer, he is one of Kansai’s most in-demand and versatile players, having collaborated with a wide range of artists such as LLama, YeYe, Seiichi Yamamoto, Tabito Nanao, Yuta Orisaka, Makoto Kawamoto, Yucan, Shonen Yoshida, and Matsunoha Gakudan. His work spans studio recordings, music production for NHK Educational TV (E-Tele) animation, and over 100 live performances annually. He has appeared at major festivals including Fuji Rock Festival and Kyoto Music Expo, both in Japan and abroad. Known for his highly intuitive playing, sharp musical instincts, and a deep sensitivity to songcraft, he moves seamlessly across major, indie, and underground scenes—making him one of the most distinctive drummers in the Kansai region today.
